Being spring break, I wasn't awake anywhere near what may be considered breakfast hour. For lunch I had a bowl of pasta, and for dinner I had zuccanoes and orange juice. Unmanly, I know, but I had jack in the box at around 2am too, so that makes up for it .

this morning a wheat bagel with nutella and peanut butter. A Dunkin Donuts iced mocha (w/ Raspberry) to wash it down.

lunch brought a roast beef and turkey, swiss and horseradish on oatmeal bread. Peach ice tea and Dr. Pepper

dinner was leftover gemelli pasta with sweet and hot sausage in a tomato basil and garlic marinara. Water with lime, and a Newcastle after.

snacktime (about 2 hours ago) was Snyder's honey mustard and onion pretzel pieces, and a sip of coke.

I ate an apple. Like, the whole apple. Never done that before. I even ate the stem, just out of principle.

Just curious, seeds too? Man, that's bitter!!

EDIT: My gf just informed me that apple seeds apparently contain cyanide. EGADS!!!

Haha yeah, I actually had heard something about the seeds being a bit raunchy, but man... cyanide? That's rough! I didn't get any nasty side affects, though. It seemed like a good way to make use of a food to the fullest extent, and it really was not an unpleasant experience at all, but this newfound knowledge might just make me think twice about using myself as a test subject for these things...

The urban legend is if you chew the seeds they'll poison you, but if you swallow them whole the seed shells will protect you from the cyanide. Don't know if there's any truth to that though.

I originally went on a quest for a carnitas burrito from Chipotle and ended up with a Subway Club footlong.

For breakfast, I had a bowl of Grape-Nuts with a banana. Yum!

I do try my best to eat good stuff. Nothing is more embarrassing than having unwanted gas or uncomfortable plopsters because of poor diet.

Surprisingly... chipotle burritos are pretty good for that, too!

Let's have a TB party at my place! I'll make pork loins, veggies, garlic bread and maybe some other treats.
