At night, when the restaurants and stores are closed, what do you do to spend time together, alone.
Other than watch TV, I'm out of ideas. I need to get away from people sometimes and the girlfriend is tired of television all the time. We're looking for other things to do besides this.
Ideas? What do you and your SO do for fun alone?

She turns in early while I am a night owl so we never have the late night bored of TV or movies deal. I keep trying to get her to go ice skating with me. She tried it for the first time last year and actually liked it. Probably helped that I'm not any more experienced than her.
We hang out a lot together in the "Music/Art" room; where she'll bead or stamp while I'm practicing my bass. She's good about not being a distraction. |

I plan on taking her ice skating next time I see her.
We plan on making each other macaroni art for Christmas. Never underestimate the fun of arts and crafts. |

Last Tuesday, took my Sweetie to a play. Had done something like that is 20 years. One act, one actor.
Sunday afternoon, my Sweetie took me to a hockey game. The Geneva Servettes against the Friborg team. Minor league. Sold out, huge action and energy. Had a blast.
Last night, took her to go see Book of Lies with DiCaprio.
Three weeks ago, went hiking in the Jura Mountains.
We're headed to Montreal this weekend.
Lots of things to do.
Go to a museum. Find a farmers market.

Try not to let it tear you apart Lennon-McCartney style but if it produces the same kind of results it could be worth it! |

Ideas? What do you and your SO do for fun alone? | Bake, cook, sort out and fix your photo albums, play cards, board games (not so fun on two maybe), have a laugh listening to music mixing and drinking some fun good drinks and chit chat (maybe even in the bath tub with some lit candles etc.)...

But aside from that anything vintage, cars/bikes/planes. I'm a volunteer tour guide at the Air and space museum here and we get to hang with the Grumman guys. Oh yeah and we love to get...uh?...intimate, in the strangest of places, cars, trucks, historical sites, forests and work...always a good time. |

I don't have a significant other. But, what my ex and I did a lot was cook for our families. If she was over at my house, or vice-versa. |

No seriously, try it! | +1 Absolutely. Weve been climbing in and outdoors for some years if it's something neither of you have done before you have the fun of learning together.
Yoga is another possible, we both started this, but it didn't agree with my back, but the Mrs still does it.
