What do you use for an rss reader?

There are quite a few blogs that I sift through and I'm looking for a good way to get through them all!

What do you use to keep up with your various information sources?

Always wondered how this RSS stuff worked.

If I get a RSS reader do you simply subscribe to a blog, article or whatever?

I use google reader. Like this I can read my RSS where and when I want.
Since I need to format often, I always keep all my RSS.
