Quite a few steak threads on here, but I would like to know what you steak lovers wash yours down with. Does not matter if you are a cube steak guy or a 12 oz. porterhouse guy. What is your favorite beverage to go along with it. I had a ribeye med. rare and washed it down with a Guiness. |

An American amber lager or bock would typically be my first choice.
