That goes for both sides. People should not be put on a pedestal because of their sexuality, nor should they be ridiculed for it. The balance is equal treatment. Two of my closest friends who are gay fully back me on this point.

I questioned three random strangers that looked gay and they fully backed me.

Mike | I will be in peace with this statement once I am sure that you haven't watched, or at least don't agree with Pay it Forward.

I know it sucks to have to spell crap out for people (at least I hate it), but I'll need an explanation. Publicly or by PM, I'm easy.

Mike | I think the joke only works in french.
I am tired, and posted instead of going to bed, with the result that I can't find a decent joke to get myself out of the embarrassment my abysmal mistranslated pun is causing right now.

Swine Flu also is no laughing matter.
Then again there is a no polotics rule here. And yes this has been around for awhile but up until recently, it hasn't been addressed. Here in 2009 we are trying to stop this.

I merely asked for opinion on these ads, as they too have become prevalent on teevee...so it fit, imo. We're TALKING about it because as Icon said, AdCouncil is MAKING it an issue to talk about. Not everything has to be hot-button. Certainly not in here.
I don't necessarily subscribe to their message nor do I disagree. We can banter about anything...I chose this. A new thread that didn't necessarily involve people being hot or whatever. Start a thread about any timely issue you wish, every single year is full of them.

Alot on my mind with my one friend, and other stuff. It was too late to delete it so I tried to justify it, and it kind of worked.
