I don't get it. It's the study of cultures. I can do a bachelor of arts in Anthropology, I can do a bachelor of science in anthropology? The requirements for Anthropology in Arts are Gr. 12 English, 5 Additional Gr. 12 credits (Ontario). Anthropology in Sciences are Gr. 12 English a bunch of science and math. What the *U#()!@ is Anthropology?

There is physical anthropology and cultural anthropology. Cultural anthropology is the study of human cultures.

Maybe do field work, ethnography if you're a cultural anthropologist, or archaeology if you're a physical anthropologist.

I have a BA in Sociology, which is equally as useless. Currently going back to school, double majoring in psychology and anthropology. Should be good times. Two of three degrees I will eventually have shall amount to no more than being really expensive toilet paper
One of my buddies has a degree in physical anthropology, and he has gotten to travel the world doing archaeology and attending conferences and presenting papers. Which is kind of cool. Although it pales in comparison to my friend Tim, who recently got his PhD in physics. His research team was invited to work with the Hadron Collider.

I'm sure it was to fulfill some requirement. In my opinion, a complete waste of time and money when you are going for a engineering degree. |
