I have quite a few myself, some I don't know why though. I have a fear of
- Spiders (Arachnophobia)
- Heights (Acrophobia)
- Needles (Trypanophobia)
- Thunderstorms (Astraphobia)
What about you guys? |

Not that I'm irresponsible or addicted to drugs or alcohol or anything like that. I have higher education and lots of experience and I'm a hard worker, but still...I have an overwhelming fear that I'll end up homeless some day.

I'm also one of those guys who gets really nervous in big crowds. That's half the reason I hate big parties.

And needles.

I'm also afraid of standing in front of large Mack trucks, not sure why but it freaks me out.

I guess it's four years unloading 53' trailers and having to walk around them in a lumberyard, running and everything. I guess I've just been desensitized to that.

| | Yeah, I've got the moves like Jagger. | | Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: G.R. MI | | | I sort have a thing about heights. Not like a paralyzing fear or anything, but I definitely keep one hand on a ladder once I get to about 10 feet off the ground.
I also have a fear of my band breaking up. Not really irrational given some recent circumstances.

I mean I don't freak out like some people, but I definately get uncomfortable if I have to spray a nest of them. I've been stung plenty of times and it's not all that bad, and luckily I'm not allergic. But I definitely try to avoid contact if at all possible.

I always have to sleep with a night light, and I always have to reach around a wall and flick the lights on before I can walk into a room or hallway.

If I'm standing on somthing high and looking down I'm fine. If I'm standing somewhere and looking up at somthing that is way higher than me (Skyscraper, certain malls, certain church cielings) I start to freak out. And then if I look away I get more nervous, like I know it's there over me...lurking.
I dunno if there's a name for it.
I also have a fear of vomitting. I dunno I uncontrollably freak out (heart races, shaking, profuse sweating, etc. etc. slightly before, during and for like hours after I throw up... and not just from sickness symptoms)
