Not concerts this weekend, you can get a great pizza at Ucellos , usually waitress are hot. Mackinaw island is a nice place to visit.
Michigan is a great place to rise a family but if you are looking for fun you should stay in Chicago. |

A little ways off 131 about half way between Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo. If you're in that area you're more than welcome to come on out, have a cocktail and sit in with the band while I go have a cocktail.
What part of the state are you going to be in? |

It's a suburb of Detroit, and a very cool place. Lots of bars, lots of girls, and the like. We're playing with a TON of bands that night, but we go on around 10. If you like Rock, it'd be a cool show to check out! Drop me a PM if you're interested.

Head up to Charlevoix and take the ferry over to the island. The Kings Highway is the only paved road, but it runs the entire length of the island. I haven't been up there in years, but I used to love it up there. Check with the ferry company for schedule info: http://www.bibco.com/ There's a few bars and lots of beaches. I'm not sure about hotel availability, but there's lots of places for camping. We usually stayed by lake genesareth.
Otherwise, 31 will take you along the Lake Michigan shoreline. There's plenty of little towns to check out. Just don't pull over anywhere that has the word "Heights" associated with it. |

Dude why didn't you tell me?
I'm there.
I can get hammered and walk home
but as for the rest of the state, my guess is the rest of it will continue going poor that week. Lots of state parks and lakes, Personally i highly recommend Grayling, Traverse City, and well anywhere in the U.P. is just a fun drive.
oh Royal Oak is pretty nice, lots of yuppie trash and other bikes to look at.
We have Low Down Sound in Ferndale too.
but definately if you have the time go to the UP, that's the good part.
god i need a vacation

Cant wait, very cool, If your a Death Metal fan! | That and Mayhem Fest are the tours of the year! Sucks though because im going to Mayhem and missing Summer Slaughter.
Anyways, being a native Michigander, I highly suggest cruising through Ann Arbor and stopping by a place called Blimpy Burger for a bite to eat. Best burgers and onion rings I have ever had. TRUST ME!
Just watch this and you will see what im saying: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hVTcAkfuRFw |
