for me the apartment finally sent some pest control guys to get rid of my unwanted roommates. (see roaches)
now perhaps i wont have to be embarrassed if i decide to have guests at my apartment. 
i also finally have a job after a couple of months of "looking" for one.  i will be able to start up my GAS fund again

and that doesn't change the fact I live with white trash that are too loud for me to put out quality thoughts.
