What kind of art do you like to buy ? I have bought several reproductions of orthodox iconography in addition to the tattoos on my body.

I don't know why, but when I was up north, I didn't buy one from one of the locals. I really wish I had. I have no idea if I'll get to go back. |

I also very much like the surrealist and fauvist movements. The surrealist stuff I like because it's so wierd, yet interesting and fauvism because of the fantastic use of colours.

I also have a Jorge Zeno, a Diego Rivera sketch, work by other Mexican artists, and a Renoir etching.

| | | | I am an artist, so my walls are covered with my own abstracts. I also love to collect other contemporary artists. I recently purchased a large abstract by Anthony Pettera. His work usually sells for thousands of dollars. I found it at a local consignment shop for cheap, and had to have it. Many artists paint to music, and many musicians are also artists. |

As far as art that I like to buy? A lot of B&W photography of urban decay, landscapes, etc. Unfortunately, I haven't been buying much lately due to finances.

Limited printings, hand silkscreened stuff for modern stuff. Also Deco and Nouveau advertizing and travel prints. Original if I can afford, good quality reprints until I can find and afford.
I also have a number of paintings, mostly landscapes, but somewhat abstract.

And thinking of buying a Dylan pic, purely for the investment value. Passed up on 'train tracks' for a grand a few years back. Now worth x10! His stuff will go through the roof when he dies |
