English English. I'm getting pretty good at understanding American English as well, although my accent isn't too good so I'm not sure about speaking it.

Also, a little bit of French.

English (British English, American English, Canadian English, most modern bastardized forms of English ). I can understand French decently, although I can't speak it very well. Spanish is about the same boat, although I'm probably better at Spanish than I am at French.

Parked your lory outside the chemist so that you can fill your boot with tablets? Don't forget to queue for the lift and pack a torch.
