In the middle of it the guy starts talking about how many people commit suicide each year. He then gives the number for a suicide hotline you can call for help. It's a good idea to let people know that they can get help, but they're a pretty emo band. The song isn't bad, though.
Otherwise, "Perfect" by Simple Plan. I don't like that the lyrics that say: Hey Dad look at me
Think back and talk to me
Did I grow up according to plan?
And do you think I'm wasting my time doing things I wanna do?
But it hurts when you disapprove all along
It reminds me of Big Daddy when Sonny yells out to that guy walking by (dressed in black) "You're mad at your dad, not me!". I never understood why people complain about their fathers. I suppose I've never had any gripes about my family; they've always been very loving and supportive of everything I try.

I touch myself at thoughts of flames
I **** the bed and laid there in it
thinking of you,
wide awake for days.

This Bitter Pill by Dashboard Confessional. My friends and I listen to this sometimes and just laugh. Listen for the crying yells at the end.
