Simple enough. What are you currently eating or just finished eating (or perhaps even about to eat)?

After getting home from work at 1am, I opted for canned pasta sauce on toast. Surprisingly delicious.

Some mixed nuts (you know, walnuts, cashews, raisins...) for breakfast. Looking forward to two tomatoes and mozarelle for lunch.

And coffee

Bowl of shredded wheat 'n bran and some OJ for breakfast. Now I'm trying to decide whether to go the company cafe for lunch or go out, hit the local chinese buffet, and eat until I explode like Mr. Creosote.

Day off for the Holiday. Slept in late and I plan on making an open faced egg sandwich with 4 eggs scrambled, 4 pieces of toast, cheddar cheese, ketchup and hot sauce.

I need to try almond milk. I love almonds, and my nutritionist suggested I try it.

Coffee... I'm only on my first cuppa.

I might have a cliff bar in a bit. I think I will.

This morning is was horrid nutritionally.

Pita bread with Dubliner cheese, sliced jalapenos and left over roast ( shredded ) nuked. Quick and easy to make. It's easy to eat while driving. 32 oz of black coffee.
