It's my friends birthday today. So we decided to make an epic birthday dinner. 
No food is food without Bacon. Due to my crappy phone pics the bacon looks grey. 
Here is the finished product. 
The one one the left was Mayo, Sweet chilli and Mustard. The middle one is Mustard and Smokey BBQ and the one on the right is Mustard and Tomato. 
They were layered Cheese, Bacon, Sauce, Hotdog, Bacon, Cheese and Sauce. |

I will not divulge what I know about hot dogs in this hot dog lovin thread. I have some equipment in a couple of different tube steak manufacturing facilities, and I've seen some things..........

| | | | I have to say that what I know about hot dogs isn't exactly appetizing, but when I see a hot dog decked out with some sauerkraut, mustard, peppers, and fried onions, I salivate in a manner similar to some of the droolier dogs...
... and those put my fav. hot dog to shame!
