What are you most afraid of?

What are you most afraid of?

I'm not scared of confined spaces, the dark, any animals - I've never seen how that's rational. However I hate the thought of not knowing how it all ends! Will mankind colonize the universe or will we crash and burn on our own little earth?

Do share why you are afraid of this particular thing - some disturbing story from you childhood (being stuck under a boulder in a mall for an hour, being paralyzed by some half working sedative while a spider scuttles over your non-responsive body, falling into a well and being attacked by spiders is exactly what creates a good story!). You may exaggerate for the sake of storytelling!

I hate the thought of being in a car and falling off of a bridge over water with power windows and power locks. I've been watching too much Ice Road Truckers I guess.

I'm afraid of heights and depths; hot things, especially water; fast-moving creepy-crawlies... erm...

I would say my only real fear is suffocating to death or drowning, it would really really suck if that was the way I had to go.

I hate the dark. I'm also homophobic, and I never want to drown.

A combination of all three would freakin' suck.

It's completely irrational and sounds all too trendy, but i am terrified of zombies. Any cataclysmic infection frightens me, but one that turns us into a horde of mindless and insatiable hunger haunts my dreams.

Watch Shaun of the Dead. You'll never take zombies seriously again.

Drowning would be horrible, but I bet it'd be little less horrible if you were REALLY thirsty right before. It'd be like "Water! Oh yeah...that's it, I'M GOOD, I'M GOOD!"

Seeing something bad happen to someone I care about and not being able to stop it, it's the only thing that really gets to me........that and the fact that the average person eats 8 spiders in their sleep over their lifetime......
