As "everyday" food: Pasta, preferably egg pasta with a sauce containing real cream and onions. To that you can add fish, bacon, seafood or something else and get a nice meal in whichever way you decide to make it.
For nice dinners: Here I have a hard time choosing between duck, fillet mignon (entrecôte), ribs and beef fillet. Salmon and seafood is great too.
