Ramen is okay but i got old of it did not like the flavor.
1. Cups of noodles, very cheap i think .29 cents at winco
2. Little cheap frozen pizzas i think they are called tostinos, they are super cheap and good.
3. Frozen burritos usually can be ahd at like 25 cents each
4.grilled cheese is awesome
5.2 pieces of toast with butter on it with on scramble egg in the middle
6. mcdouble at mcdonalds is a good deal
There are alot more, if you want to be a bum free ketchup packets and hot water makes tomato soup |

Spaghetti, too. And baked potatoes. And a drummer friend used to consume large quantities of popcorn & tomato soup (he claimed that the popcorn absorbed the soup and made him feel fuller).
My vote for my favorite non-vegetarian poor man food (pre-1999 for me) would be macaroni & cheese with a can of tuna thrown in. Maybe some hot sauce added. You could get boxes of generic mac & cheese for 4 for $1.00 at the supermarket in my neighborhood in Boston, back in the old days. |
