It is only the 16 gig model, but it has 3G, and use it all of the time. My kids love it too, and I may buy another, or maybe an iPad Mini. Not only is it the best thing I have bought in a year, it may be the neatest luxury I have bought in five years!
What is your favorite purchase?

This year, I bought my BCD, complete set of regulators, wetsuits, masks, snorkels, fins, tanks. You name it, I bought it in 2012.
Found my next passion in life.

I'm hoping my best one will be a just purchased (but not yet received) Nordy VJ5, PJ setup. |

I am also tempted to spend a few hundred on my pocket knife collection and pick up a few more Spydercos, Benchmades, and Zero Tolerance knives. Finally, I think I will pick up a high powered break barrel air rifle, maybe for my birthday.
The bottom line is that I want more stuff than I have disposable income!

That's a pretty short list for me, so I guess I'll go with my leather jacket. I got it on ebay, and I was the only bidder so it only cost ONE DOLLAR! Of course I had to pay shipping which was 12 bucks or 18 bucks or something, but still a screaming deal. Not only was it a killer deal but I really like the jacket too. New condition, perfect fit, and exactly the style I was looking for.
As for a bass related purchase: my CIJ Fender Mustang.

Not crazy about the colour, but the amp was 6 months old and I bought it for half price.

Bass related? My JB-2.
