I've been making these lately, and they've been tasty:

Flax bread, roasted garlic hummus, dijon mustard (just a wee bit), mozzarella cheese, genoa salami, lettuce, tomatoes.

From what I've seen - you just out point out typos - different again!

Is it Centre or Center ?

The Dutch are taught British English, so I have a feeling which way he's going to go with that one.

Gyros Rock!! But they have to be for-real, not the 'kits' that you buy in the frozen food section.

Stole this one from our local grub pub:

Kaiser roll
Sushi-grade tuna, very rare
Wasabi mayo
Grilled onion

They call it "Sir Charles" (I have no idea why), and it is win on a bun.

Not sure why anyone would put hummus in their mouths. Nothing beats a good philly.

Oh yeah man! Do not knock this particular combo until you've tried it.

Bacon = Crisp, salty, fat
Peanut Butter = soft peanut buttery fat
Mayo = more fat (Fat enhancer if you will)
Lettuce = cool crispness, with the added bonus of being able to say there was a vegetable involved.

I'm hungry........

And I always thought of Alembic when I heard Hippy Sandwhich. Slap some dead animal in that thing.
