What is your hangover remedy?

I have yet to find one that works aside from rest and copious amouts of water. I'm looking for something a little quicker in effect.

More so preventative maintenance, drink tons of water or gatorade before going to sleep. Also i have found eating a greasy meal before bed helps too. But there is always a point of no return when you will have a hangover regardless.

yes drink tons of water before sleeping and an asprin might help in the morning but i have never tested the aspirin part but have seen it being mentioned in some controversial stuff so be cautious about it

Hangovers effin BLOW.

I'm going to have to make myself drink 4 glasses of water before I go to bed next time I get wasted. The only problem is remembering to do it.

Hangovers are caused by an utter lack of a lot of things in your body, primarily focused on water.
Drink a lot of water before going to bed. In the enivitable moments when you get up to take a leak, drink more water. When you first wake up in the morning/afternoon, drink a lot more water.
Also, you want to have something that'll restore lost vitamins and minerals. Gatorade works well for that. So, along with the massive amounts of water you're drinking, drink gatorade.
Reagrdless, even with these steps, you're still going to feel like crap for at least a few hours the next day. The only way to avoid that is not drinking as much, or as quickly.

Solid things like bananas and eggs help, too.

That night, I alternate between what I'm drinking and a glass of water.

I chug a jug of gatorade before going to sleep. I'll get up to piss in the night, which flushes me out a bit, and then I drink cranberry juice (the real stuff) and more of the gatorade.

2 Aspirin when I wake up.

Being a Guinness drinker, 90% of the hangover hits your stomach. The closest to a cure, for me, is a few pints of water before bed, get up, have a shower, a sh*t (Guinness drinkers will know what I mean, its horrible, but it clears you out), down to the kitchen, another glass of water, a full fried breakfast, cup of tea and a glass of pure OJ.

Kills most of my hangover.
