Intellectuality isn't really black and white by my definition so forgive me if some of mine aren't intellectual.

Ancient History (Greek especially but really any culture from that time period)
Ancient Philosophy (Herodotus/ Publilius)
Medieval Philosophy (Machiavelli/ Martin Luther)
Politics (More 1900s American Politics)
Military Strategy (Hannibal/ Napoleon/ Julius/ Scipii)
Auto motives (Thats where it gets blurry for it being intellectual)
Languages (speak Hebrew and Spanish)
Aviation
Astronomy
Religion

In the professional realm, it'd be:

Structural Family Therapy
Borderline Personality Disorder
All forms of abuse (emotional, physical, sexual)
Self abuse / mutilation
Substance Abuse

Outside of the work realm, I'd say:

Computers
Cars
Motorcycles
Beer

Leadership

I'm interested in leadership both from an applied and scholarly perspective. Specifically, my research focuses on perceptions and ratings of leadership as well as the dynamics between leaders and followers. My Master's thesis examined gender, self-rated leadership style, and perceptions of effectiveness of transformational and transactional leadership styles through a social psychology framework (in a nutshell, I found that while both males and females rate transformational leaders higher than transactional leaders, females rated transformational leaders significantly higher than males, leader gender had no predictive relationship with participants' ratings). Currently, I'm starting to feel out my dissertation focus, which I think is going to deal with perceptions from a more 360 degree situation in organizations.

Psychology seems to be a pretty common theme here.
