Yeah, my girlfriend is actually pretty mad that she's not coming tonight... I surprised her for Valentine's day with it and she still hasn't stopped telling people about it.

Sounds like your quite the chef. This is my girlfriends first time trying mine, hope it goes over as well as yours did.

I don't know if I'd go that far, but I love to cook.

If she doesn't love yours... I can PM you my recipe. It's a rather quick and easy one that I found and made a small tweak or two to.

Hand pressed angus burgers off the grill, wilted spinach and fresh garlic, and I'm gonna toast the half loaf of leftover italian bread into some bruscetta to start it off.

The wife is making her own version of a chicken marsala with capers...very good. A little garlic bread, a nice salad, a glass of wine, and we're set.

With the latest question I just saw, I bet.

Otherwise...I just had pulled BBQ pork my wife grilled over charcoal two days ago...mmmmmmmmmmm. With some boiled potatoes with fresh minced garlic and butter....washing it down with my new drink of the week, (see related vodka thread), Seagrams Black Cherry Vodka, DeKuyper Razzberry Pucker, and a splash of Sprite with lots of ice in a tall glass! MMM MMM MMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chicken burritos w/ refried beans.

I just went to the flea-market and got some great looking green, red and yellow peppers (dirt cheap), so they are going to be used up tonight.

*checks watch* Is it 5:00 yet?
