it is a preparation of paneer called kadhai paneer; its got paneer, capsicum, onions, tomatos and a lot of different kind of spices and all
btw paneer is sort of a south-asian cheese. if you want to paneer you just heat some milk and add a couple of drops of lemon juice and viola! you've got PANEER! try it!
