What's Your Favorite BBQ?

Mine used to be Flints' in Oakland, CA. Now closed. Being in NOVA, it's now Willard's in Centreville. Willards BBQ The Beef Brisket is the Shizzle. Excellent potato salad, baked beans and peanut butter pie.

I'll have to check that out. My wife's family is in Kingsport, TN. Every hear of Ridgewood in Bluff City, TN? Another great place if you're ever in the area.

The top of the tree in my pack yard got busted off during one of our wind storms. I'm planning to use it this summer for just such an occasion.

what is this about bbq in new york? california? why don't you guys come down to texas? this is one of the better known texas bbq establishments. I'm mostly vegetarian, but when i'm in austin, all bets are off.

I hear you. It's been a while since I've been to TX. I used to have to go there for work and I either got BBQ or Mexican food. Getting a little OT but the best Mex I've had is from El Paso.
