Cinnamon and Raisin Oat Cookies are rather nice.

Just try these. They're amazing, I made them earlier this summer. They're chewy, but not too much so, and they have great flavor. Just plain awesome. Kind of ginger cookie taste. I need to make some more but don't have the stuff with me anymore.

Oreos dipped in coffee are the next best thing to warm, melty chocolate chip cookies.

IMO there is not such thing as an "undercooked" cookie. There are only overcooked. Softer, chewier is superior.

That said, I'll usually opt for the oatmeal raisin, but I've stumbled upon a cranberry/white chocolate deal that floated my boat.

Oh, and gingerbread men, complete with icing. Good times.

My neighbor made some cookies for me to bring to my children,

They were Chocolate chip with coconut and walnut and very buttery.

They never made it home.
