Sandwich? For me a pound of tri-tip, covered in melted sharp cheddar cheese, slathered in barbecue sauce, and topped of with a hearty portion of onion rings built on a fresh dutch crunch roll = pure win.

Brown bread
Butter
a drop of hot sauce
Gherkins
Olives
A little more lettuce
Cheddar (I prefer sliced to grated)
A little more black pepper
Salami
Ham
Lettuce (to seperate the meat from the bottom slice)
Black pepper
A little peanut Butter
A little Marmite
Butter
Brown bread
Takes some time to assemble, and it's important not to overdo it on any one ingredient, but it will well and truly blow your mind if you get the balance right.

Put it all in the oven for a bit for a light toasting. Aww yeah.

For me, either double decker corned beef on rye, both extra greasy with a smidge of ketchup (it may sound weird but follow this with a chocolate shake and you'll reach foodvana) or deboned beef rib on a roll with lots of bbq sauce. |

Jewish Rye bread
hot mustard
a ton of Montreal Smoked Meat
A kosher dill pickle on the side
Pure heaven!
