Should I be laughing at this?

Imagine if the local store was out of Milwaukees Best, I think it would have been a massacre.

A woman who lives at Walendowski's house reported the incident. She said he was intoxicated.

Sounds like they weren't out of Milwaukee's Best

Walendowski could face up to an $11,000 fine and six years and three months in prison if convicted.
I hope his lawyer is better than his lawnmower.

Harley Davdison and the Marlboro Man didn't get in trouble for shooting a motorcycle. I guess a premature arrest in that film would have made it even worse.

Lawboys deserve to be shot. I putting a two cycle motor and tiny little wheels on lawnmower is stupid. You couldn't even ROLL one across my lawn right after it was mowed with a REAL mower. I can see the guys point Now owning a shortened rifle or shotgun is a big no no BIG no no!! Bein' ignernt of the law aint no excuse neither

That was just foolishness on his part.

It is much more satisfying to wail on frustrating, inanimate objects with a baseball bat.

Ummm, the dude doesn't look like he could come up with 11 bucks to pay a fine let alone 11,000. I say give him 30 days for acting like a moron and time to dry out and call it good. Besides he punished himself by ruining his mower. I hate to say it, but I would have to laugh if the mower wouldn't start because it was out of gas or had a loose cable to the spark plug. Obviously beer isn't brain food in large quantities.

Just goes to show how well drinking and firearms go together... they don't. And what the heck was he doing with that modified shotgun in the first place? Now he's gonna go thru some pretty serious legal issue before this is finally behind him.. too bad.

When I first read the title and the story I thought maybe he had shot his gardener (lawnboy, could be) or something. Is there a manufacturer called lawnboy or something?

Sawed off shot guns are a real no no. Why didn't Elvis go to jail for shooting his TV?

I got confused the same way.

My initial thought was that it would be a variation of "When the pool boy misbehaves, When the plumber misbehaves,..."

On the news story:
I love to see people getting mad at inanimated objects.
