And lunch when I get hungry. And then dinner later on. I think my body clock works based on when I eat my meals, so leaving any out would cause a near catastrophe. It's currently supper o'clock.

So I beat the egg first, and then soak a piece of bread in it, which I then fry and place somewhere in the center of sandwich/burger. It also gives you a good excuse to double the toppings

Crack in your egg, break the yolk, turn the heat down and let it get all white and bubbly. Flip it over, and you're done.
I bought a pan like this one that I use exclusively for cooking single eggs...
