Eat breakfast food every chance you get. I eat an omelette for supper several times per week.

Breakfast? I don't eat breakfast. Or lunch. I eat dinner three times a day.

Why choose? Eat both. Or, go for a hamburger with bacon, egg, and cheese on it.

Before you say no to the egg on a burger idea, try it. I used a fried egg.

Since getting on my summer break I get up later and later with each day but I'll always have breakfast when I get up. And lunch when I get hungry. And then dinner later on. I think my body clock works based on when I eat my meals, so leaving any out would cause a near catastrophe. It's currently supper o'clock.

Well, we're both in different time zones. Beer 30 was a good club sandwich ago.

I find its too messy generally, I also suck at cooking eggs. So I beat the egg first, and then soak a piece of bread in it, which I then fry and place somewhere in the center of sandwich/burger. It also gives you a good excuse to double the toppings

Breakfast has the power, being the supreme ruler of all things mortal, to over throw any meal at any time.

Wow, you're making that way too hard. Put some butter in a small pan, get it very hot but not hot enough to burn the butter. Crack in your egg, break the yolk, turn the heat down and let it get all white and bubbly. Flip it over, and you're done.

I bought a pan like this one that I use exclusively for cooking single eggs...
