Where is the $787 billion coming from?

Just curious... where is the cash for this stimulus bill coming from? Is it getting created out of thin air and devaluing every dollar that is in wallets and savings accounts? Or is it getting borrowed from overseas?

Most of it is being financed from China in 1 month issues. The Chinese governement initially stated they were discontinuing purchasing such debt (about 2 weeks ago they officially said this) because it was no longer a wise investment, but they suddenly changed their mind and agreed to go ahead and "invest" in our debt anyway. So theoretically, China is going to underwrite almost a trillion dollars (more) debt of American money. Go figure.

Total value of goods and services produced in the USA in one year: about $13 trillion
Total USA debt (official): about $16 trillion ($3 trillion from the last 3 months alone)
