+1 for Scotland.
There's quite a few TBers from Scotland who can point You to the right direction, but a fast Google search would be a good way to start.
For example: http://www.highlandstore.com/
Or alternatively make Your own.
Regards

I'm from Glasgow originally, and got mine from Highland Heritage in Delaware http://www.highlandheritage.com/
My kilt outfit for our wedding cost more than my wife's dress! But that was to buy, that place does rentals also - depends on if you're looking for your clan tartan or just want a generic tartan |

Don't even ask me how they can charge so little. It was at some online sword shop, I got it a couple years back so I couln't find it now if i tried. But it's really high quality, really authentic, pretty close to my family tartan too

Safety pin - $0.04
Belt - $10.00
Knowing you didn't just buy yourself a $100.00 skirt - PRICELESS!
