I usually buy my CDs at WalMart (Maxell or anything made in Japan or Taiwan) and I buy my CD sleeves at Big Lots. I don't buy hard cases.

I usually just watch the OfficeMax/Office Depot sale ads in the Sunday paper and wait for them to go on sale. Then I stock up and I'm good for a while.

You could also get a years supply on Black Friday. I've seen packs of 100 go for $1.
