If I get into my car and drive north for about 45 mins, I can be here:

or

Can you believe that this is New Jersey?
On the 2nd pic, PA is on the right, NJ on the left side of the Delaware river.
We're not all oil refineries and toxic waste

I used to live with a guy named Mike Castro who is heavily involved with the Green Party.. There was lots of weed smoking going on too, so it was like green on green!

The jungle in the mountains above where the former US Navy base at Subic Bay, Philippines. Monkeys, coconut palm trees, climbing vines and monitor lizards abounded.. and so very, very green.. and of course ... humid!

My whole side of the island is pretty green.... all the way to Hana, in fact.

That's why I bought a house on this side.... raised in Wisconsin, I needed some green in my back yard.

I remember flying into small airports in Tahiti.... Moorea, Bora Bora..... and just having my breath taken away by the greenness. Against the electric aquamarine of the ocean down there, it's pretty mindboggling.

Kauai... yep, they've turned the green up a few notches there as well. Beautiful place.
