Do you guys have any advice on finding a good resort and price for airfare? I'm thinking Dominican Republic.

I've heard good things about the Dominican Republic. I'm not sure what they have for resorts though. I've been to Sandals before, and liked it a lot. Definitely worth it.

I did sandals as well for my honeymoon and it was great. Only couples there, no kids running around screaming and such.

Don't discount domestic destinations. America is a huge place and has plenty to see.

Yep, I just got airfare to Hawaii for $320 round trip after taxes. There's some killer deals out there for sure!

If you're staying in the resort, then the country makes less difference than the resort company, since the quality of the experience will largely be based on the resort company.
Find a company you like, based on your preferences, family status, etc. Then look at what locations they have, and pick the one that works best for you.
