I thought I saw it posted here once....
You know the one that shows a collection of workers standing around a ditch or hole in the ground while one guy is down in the hole/ditch working.
The caption on the picture details who each person in the picture is and what management role they have. Lastly, it says because of the economy, it is time to lay off the guy in the hole/ditch who is actually working while the managment types are standing there watching him.

How did you find it? I looked and looked and looked trying all sorts of phrases associated with the picture. Nothing ever came up. I forgot the name of the worker, Andre.

I was using terms like laid off, management, lay off worker, digging ditch laid off, one worker digging ditch, managment watching while digging ditch, and so on. I was sooooo close to the right phrase. Bummer.
