Now granted I have very small ears, but I'm just sick of these damn things. Again, weird ears, but they never sit still in my ears; they're constantly falling out and I loose sound quality, and I look like I have a tick, constantly pushing them back into my ears. I like to have my ipod during a work out, and nothing's more annoying than brushing your chord mid-rep and having your buds come flying out of your ears!
I've bought a good old fashioned pair of over the ear headphones, and I'm sitting pretty

However, I use $15 skull candy ear-plug style ones that nestle perfectly into your ear canal and block out all other sound. They're perfect, very small, much better sound quality, and noise canceling.

Just because you have deformed ears doesn't give you the right to complain to the rest of us - the strong, healthy majority with normal ears in which ear buds fit absolutely perfectly and never fall out. Quote:

I got the ones with the flexible rubber outer parts which suction-cup into your ear so they don't fall out, and they provide some noise cancellation effects. They were like $40 a year ago. I tried to find the ones I have on apples website, but they aren't there anymore so I don't know if they pulled them or something. It would suck if they did, I need a new pair.
As a side note, am I the only one that burns through ear buds? I've had a pair blow a speaker, two pairs come unwound near the plug, and one pair that somehow the ear bud got completely ripped off.
Edit: They're like this but the apple version http://store.apple.com/us/product/TV...&p=1&s=priceLH |

Unfortunately I'm stuck using some sony ones as my sennheisers are, well, lets just say,in two
These headphones suck. Nothing sounds good through them, NOTHING. Now these are the earbuds with the rubber things. |

I've bought a good old fashioned pair of over the ear headphones, and I'm sitting pretty | so earmuffs work with the ipod? The buds are just something for me to throw away at first site. Alot like the twist ties that come with video game controllers. Why anyone would deal with earbuds still surprizes me. The sound is tiny, tinny, and excessively loud so everyone has to hear them when people are sitting around the listeners that like to drown out the sounds of real life happening in front of them.
