Who lives/has lived in a collective or commune?

I'm looking for feedback on a agreement for residents of a collective house that I live in.

I think communes are related to us but they may have a negative connotation to some so we use the word collective.

Reply here and I will PM the draft proposal of the agreement and solicit feedback.

Oh and by collective house I mean we make house decisions by house meetings and vote. We also seek open-minded individuals who fit the current resident's vision. There is nothing else to read into it.
