I have given my 2 weeks notice at work, and it's Friday before a holiday weekend. I'm not terribly busy. I have time to ponder important, existential questions such as this.

Plus, Ripley didn't have the extensive military training that Conor had, yet was able to survive three movies against an unimaginably deadly foe, against Conor's two. And she really only fought in one.
