Who would you rather live with , Spock , ET or Alf ? Hands down I would prefer to live with Spock. No drama, well except every 7 years. Stimulating conversation is a plus. I dont think I would like living with E.T. since he would have his hands in my reeces pieces and I dont think I could put up with Alf's mouth all the time.

So, Spock it is! He actually reminds me of my dad, so I bet we'd get along great.

Spock could get annoying too, but then I could send him off to solve some problem that my brain couldn't quite work out, which would (a) solve the brain teaser and (b) get him out of my hair for some period of time. |

I couldn't hang out with E.T. because he's wierd lookin'. What with his giant head and all. Plus, he doesn't speak much English, and I rely on good convos. So he's out. Alf seems to have a good command of the English language. Plus, I don't like cats.

All the intellectuals (and Squidward) will say Spock, because he's all business and matter-of-fact-y...and kind of unnervingly bland. (kidding)
Then there's Alf. Well, Gordon Shumway anyway...likes cats, has a smart allek-y way about him, and his nose looks like a penis. A winner with the ladies. They love the bad boys...
I don't think I could stand living with any of the above...well, unless ALF keeps his nose outta the equation. |

So these days dreaming of listening to "Graceland" by Paul Simon with Carrotman are but fleeting fantasies that will never be! Back to Talkbass then! |

I seem to recall (and I am no Trekkie) there was an episode where Spock apparently was under the influence and jammed with some hippy band. I can't cite the episode by number or name, so don't ask - and I won't tell.
Then there's the infamous "Ballad of Bilbo Baggins" where Spock (OK, OK, Leonard Nimoy) was clearly on something...
But I still chose Alf. Even though I am a cat lover, you can't fault the guy for liking to eat [beeeeep]...

Spock seems like the only logical choice. |
