I'm losing everything!!!! I'm also being incredibly stupid financially!
I had a payment due day x. I forgot about my automatic transfer set up, which only does a transfer once a month, I don't know when. I'm poor, so I don't have much in my checking/savings. I put the rest that I have into paying the payment. Done. On time. Now to wait for my next paycheck to put some cash in there.
Automatic transfers makes a transfer after the payment was due, and after I already made a transfer. Big mistake on my part for forgetting it existed. So now I just transferred money that I don't have, charging me with overdraft protection fees AND overdraft fees. I'm negative now
How do I manage to pull such idiocity?
I even lost my boxing gloves and a book I was reading mid way recently. I parked on the side of the road and ripped a hole in my tire last week.

A few weeks of deprivation and you get premium access to light dementia.

| | | | Well, only the other night I had insomnia, but I usually sleep pretty well, for good amounts of time.
Forgetting things seems to be my signature thing. I've forgotten where I've put two pairs of expensive glasses, the book, my boxing gloves, receipts, water bottles, food, my sheet music, etc, etc.
I think it's finally starting to sink in that I have a problem: forgetfulness.

You might be surprised at what they would be willing to do to help resolve your issue (waive some fees, etc) if you haven't had many issues in the past.

Id say that alcohol makes people much more stupid and irresponsible than pot, and that Ive seen first hand countless times.

Like sandmangeck said "some people aren't meant to smoke." I'm not saying that weed automatically makes people lazy and irresponsible, but it DOES make SOME people lazy and irresponsible. Personally, I have to be careful with it... if I get too regular (more often than once every couple of days) I notice a definite drop in my ability to convince myself to do things that I don't enjoy doing. I guess for me it's not so much a matter of making me "lazy" as it is a matter of making me more hyper aware of my distaste for certain tasks and thus less willing to perform those tasks, and sometimes to my own detriment.

| | | | Lol... I'm not a smoker.
I went and canceled the dumb automatic transfer, and got half a refund for the fee. Found my boxing gloves too, which apparently, my coach was holding on to them the whole time :P
I'm not very organized at all. I'm going to have to make a system for myself not to forget things.
