Why can't I watch Youtube videos?

Sign in to disble this ad
On Youtube or any other streaming video site, I can't fully stream anything... the videos will stream only a little bit, and then they'll stop downloading and I can't watch any more. What can I do? I'm on a Time Warner cable connection, and this is happening to all of the computers on my network. Can anyone help me?

It's the NSA watching your webfeeds. You're now a person of interest. Enjoy your paranoia.

Follow up question. If your computer is plugged in did you turn it on?

on a serious note, call your IP and tell them the problem you, and those on the same network are having. They should fix it for you.

As someone who spent a few years in internet tech support for a large cable company, I have to ask... Have you cleared the cache on all of the machines in question? Have you tried rebooting? Do you have the lastest plugins installed on your machines? Have you powercycled your router? Any/all of these things could affect this. You'd be surprised how often this type of problem is internal.

Yes to all of the above.

I'll just call Time Warner and see what's up. Thanks for the input.

I just tried checking youtube and it says "We are currently performing site maintenance. Be cool - we'll be back 100% in a bit. "

Maybe this is the source of your problems?

Maybe it's a tumor.

Try reversing the polarity of your computer main power coupling.

I hope this helps.

You need to clean out your phone line. Just send some compressed air through your ethernet jack and it should be okay. Make sure you put plastic bags over the receivers of all of your phones because the dirt will blow out there.
