People are just plain inconsiderate anymore.

Answer: I'm making up for the people who leave their blinkers on for 25 miles at a stretch.

Some just can't be bothered while they have their cellphone in the crook of their neck / shoulder while holding a chalupa in their hand and navigating the stereo while steering with their knee.... the fact they are in command of a 2000+ pound vehicle is just LOST on some people...nevermind remembering their turn signal

I had to relearn to use them when I moved out here.

I tried after while to see what control i could maintain and was surprised, it was like switching my bass from right hand to left and attempting fills. It felt like day one! I've been driving legally for 40 years and I think I can control a vehicle. I worry for my family when I see some of these flakes juggling an Expedition and a Razer.....should we be allowed to continue as a species? |

In heavy traffic, using a blinker actually decreases your chances of changing lanes.
But any other time, for instance on two lane roads with a 55mph speed limit and someone is behind you - it's common courtesy to let them know you're making a turn when you're slowing down from 60 to 25.

And the reason people do not use their blinkers? 75% of cars these days come optional with blinker fluid. |
