My first thought was KD Lang which only generated more questions about Mr. Wilson's endeavors.

Why don't Canadians say Mac & Cheese?

I don't know who, or what KD lang is, but why do Americans have to talk?! KD = Less Speech = More Eating Time, which also, in turn, allows for more beer without feeling the affects.

I usually do one or the other. Generally butter. Not much of a milk drinker.

I don't put all the cheese in either. My girlfriend hates that.

It's okay to eat KD without milk or butter but only if you sprinkle on some Parmesan cheese.
