Oh, don't worry lady, you'll have plenty of opportunities to legitimately cry "rape" in prison. Have fun!

Not saying the husband killing the guy was remotely ok, but seriously, what a tramp. In a truck IN the DRIVEWAY?

She like school on Saturday. No class.

I don't think the man should not be charged at all though, what do you guys think?

Seems a bit weird that he got away with it. So she was sleeping with another man - she has been charged with involuntary manslaughter - that seems a bit strange to me. It isn't her fault that her husband can't control himself. The bloke gets away scott free! Seems like this case is saying - it is perfectly justifiable to kill someone who is sleeping with your partner, and it is their fault and they will take all the blame for it.

I think the husband reacted more to the cry of "rape". He believed that his wife was being violently harmed, so he tried to protect her by deterring the alleged attacker. I probably would have done the same.

naw just make sure you don't marry a woman stupid enough to call out rape instead of admitting to getting caught.

If I catch a loved one ever being raped, fro that point on i can't be held responsible for my actions against the person doing the crime.

involuntary manslaughter? sounds like she set him up to be killed to me, i think there's an argument to be made for murder.

It doesn't seem like he pre-meditated killing the other man for sleeping with his wife, since he fired at the truck as the guy fled. It sounds like the wife called out that she was being rape, and he used deadly force in her defense.
