Not saying the husband killing the guy was remotely ok, but seriously, what a tramp. In a truck IN the DRIVEWAY?

So she was sleeping with another man - she has been charged with involuntary manslaughter - that seems a bit strange to me. It isn't her fault that her husband can't control himself. The bloke gets away scott free! Seems like this case is saying - it is perfectly justifiable to kill someone who is sleeping with your partner, and it is their fault and they will take all the blame for it.

I think the husband reacted more to the cry of "rape". He believed that his wife was being violently harmed, so he tried to protect her by deterring the alleged attacker. I probably would have done the same.

If I catch a loved one ever being raped, fro that point on i can't be held responsible for my actions against the person doing the crime. |

It sounds like the wife called out that she was being rape, and he used deadly force in her defense.
