Okee, just sold my Hohner Meisterklasse harps on Ebay for $300

I can see a good used bass half stack in my near future. Found a good condition Epiphone head & 4 10" speaker box for $300 on Craigslist.

Times on my side...I still suck at the bass, now I'll suck out loud...YEAH !!!

Dave

Ya know, drums were something that came natural to me. The concept seems easier for me to understand...you hit it, it makes a sound. 8 drums...now figure out in what combination to hit them.

Stringed instruments have this board with all kinda places to get all these different notes. Some sound the same, but are a different octave.

But I have no doubt I'll get it together in time.

I need to get a good teacher to get me practicing in the right direction. It seems I have no problem learning an intro and I can even figure some out for myself. The problem comes when I have to begin the tune...I don't know where to go from there.

The tabs I learn arent sounding like the song I am trying to learn.

But, like I say, I'll eventually catch on.

Cheers, Dave
