It doesn't come on until 8:00 PM in Hawaii. It's only 5:11 PM.

My cable channel started playing it 25 minutes ago. VH1 played it all weekend, I dug it.

After watching the original movie at the theatre and countless listenings to the 3 record set one burning question still remains:

Did Alan Fay ever make it to the information booth?
" 'Alan Fay? Alan Fay? Please go to the information booth - your friend is hurt and it's a real bummer, man.' "

I was in jr hi in Seattle. My folks wouldn't let me go. Parents wreck everything.

'Saw it once. It was o.k. as far as some of th performances go. Santana probably did the best.

From a Concert Management point of view, an unmitigated failure.

The thought that some of those who attended (Woodstock & Altamont) share the motorways with the rest of us, troubling.

This wasn't the movie "Woodstock." This was a documentary of the event with current interviews of people that were there, both musicians and audience members (like the couple in the blanket on the album cover)

I think I'm going to plan a day trip up to Bethel. It's only about 3 hours away.

That was the weekend that my freinds and I, did our first hit of Purple Ousley. I was 15. We were all set to go to Woodstock, and found out that it was the weekend before, when we did the acid. We were bummed out. Our parents wouldn't have let us go anyway. My whole life changed that week. Thats when I got my first bass guitar too. Still doing it 40 years later!

I like the story of Pete Townsend pulling an "El Kabong" on Abbie Hoffman. All I found on Youtube was audio
