When all else fails, a word will always rhyme with itself.

Paused; "lost" or "frost" might be close enough for song.

That's all I've got right now, I need to go to sleep.

Drop the D and you've got lots of rhyming opportunities. The D will hardly be heard anyway.

When I came home and saw the DVD player paused!!

The image of you on the TV set
Made me feel more than fret!!
How could you do that with him
And then even commit it to film!??

I didn't need so much detail
I didn't need such pain,
I can understand now when you said
We had to have Blu Ray instead!

'Paused' and 'Drozd' are the only two suggestions at http://www.rhymezone.com/

Re-sauced or Resourced?

As in :

Can't you understand the pain that you have caused...
When I found out that the office was under-resourced!!

There was a young man named Delap
Who was worried his lyrics might be pap
He couldn't find a rhyme for "caused",
maybe from the net it could be sourced?
But in the end, who gives a crap!!
