I really hope I'm wrong.

I can say that there is a kinship between the people of the two regions. I hope the day comes when the relationship between the two countries is like that between the USA and Canada.

I remember seeing a 2009-2010 movie (i can't remember the name. ) about Darfur. Sad and incomprehensible how people can be so evil to one another. |

I just hope that they get it. A new country is sometimes a shaky thing indeed, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they really make this one work and work well.

Just hope this is a step towards peace. Read and heard about the debate regarding Abyei: hope it doesn't get ugly.
