Would you prefer to die alone or in the company of loved ones ? I would really prefer to die alone since I dont like to be the center of attention when I am not feeling well.

In the company of loved ones. I want to go out with a laugh, so I'll be sure to pretend I'm dead a couple times before I'm really gone.

Peaceful and in my sleep like my grandfather, and not screaming and in terror like his passengers.

I'd prefer to die in the company of people who hate me. Then I can approach death with a "anywhere is better than here" attitude.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, beer in one hand, cigarette in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"

Who cares who's around!

Then just as you are away to breath your last breath . . . "If you didnt have aids before, you do now"

On topic tho, I'd prefer alone. I'd rather folk had happier memories (im sure there might be a few out there somewhere)

More than anything else we do, dying is something you do on your own. I'd like to have someone who cares there, though.

I agree, but unfortunately we don't get to make that call. We get what we arrive to at the end of the journey.

In a nice, quiet room in a hospital.. and one relative would be enough for me.
