How we did it was bending over at the knees taking fast, deep breaths, getting as much blood to the head as possible, then you stand up as quickly as possible against a wall, hold your breath and have a friend press on your chest as hard as they can with both hands.
You pass out for up to ten seconds. Very stupid.
