Dunno how or why, but a hinged door at the bottom of one of our dumpers has failed, and the customer is trying to tell me how it's failed. Problem is, he's here in Yankeeland, and the dumper is in either Germany or Scotland. He has not seen this problem, but the guys overseas said it's happened FIVE times now and destroyed the hinged door completely. This is a huge plate steel door, hydraulic cylinder with 1800psi operating it, and fully welded hinges because standard bolted door hinges just aren't strong enough. So for these hings to fail, it musta took some Herculean retardation of some sort to destroy it. Worst part, they're 5 hours ahead, probably already asleep, and we really need photos just to understand what they're destroying.
I love my job. *snff snff* AAAAHHH. I can smell my hair falling out from that 25-minute phone call. |

More like, disastrously traumatizing your arm with compression until the blunt force just shredded and mangled your arm off.
Violence and metal. Nuff said. \m/ \m/ |
